It was hard graft for the first days work on the veggie patch - Mum and Dad, Sue and Stuart Timon, Laura and Tim Watt and Pres. Wilkinson and us all dug all day - well the men did the lawn digging and collected the horse manure -and were greatly entertained by the horse running off with my dad's tie and him running after the horse with his spade!
The girls got the job of shoveling the manure to the trenches! The kids loved the fact they were standing in horse poo. It was composted though so didnt smell and it was a really good day.
