Its been about 10 weeks or so now since the arrival of Abigail, the abster (as her dad calls her) or Abigirl (as her big sister calls her) She was born 1st Feb weighing 8lb 1oz.
She's a lovely baby sleeps pretty well, she's a smiler, tries to goo at you and has already found her thumb! Lily adores her but sometimes is a little heavy handed lets say and she winces a little while she gets a lily hug.
We went on a family walk to Little Moreton Hall, we took a picnic and it was just great to get out in the country air.
I choose some clothes for Lily in the morning but you can be sure that soon enough she's changed into her own outfit. This one was a classic...tights, fluffy bolero thing, sunglasses and rollerskates riding a bike!! She loves to dress up especially in dresses, she loves her clip clop shoes (her princess high heels) and loves to fill up a hand bag and go on a pretend trip somewhere. She has an amazing imagination, even her feet have names occasionally! Getting out of the house is sometimes difficult because she insists that the doorway is a river and i must not cross it!
